I agree to release the company and waive any claim for injury or damage to myself, or my property, arising from the use or abuse of the facilities by myself, or the negligence or fault of third parties.

I agree to indemnify and defend the company against all claims, cause of action, damages, judgments, cost, or expenses; including attorney fees, which in any way arise from my presence upon the facilities.

I understand that G.E.C. Inc. reserves the right to search any bag or parcel brought on to the premise by an employee without any prior notice. I understand that, where permissible, electronic surveillance or audio surveillance may be in use at any time.

I agree to pay for all damages caused to the facility caused by the negligent or willful actions by me, or the people I am with. I understand that I am personally responsible for the misappropriation and proper handling of tickets, coupons, merchandise, and\or cash with which I am entrusted. Furthermore, I agree to reimburse the company for the displacement of any of the above mentioned items.
