GOLFLAND BAY AREA 50th GIVEAWAY RULESM
No purchase necessary. To enter, complete this official entry form legibly and drop off in Entry box at Golfland Bay Area Locations ( Sunnyvale, Castro Valley, San Jose and Milpitas) .
Each entry box will be emptied AFTER each drawing event. New drawings occur throughout the summer. You must be 18 years of age to win and to enter OR you must enter on behalf of one of your parents. Entries limited to one official entry form per person per day thru the promotion period. Sponsor and its agents not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, misdirected or illegible entries. No copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries must be deposited by each giveaway drawing date.
Entry into each giveaway requires email address and physical address be added Golfland’s Fun Zone opt-in database. Giveaways schedule of prizes/events:
1. the following Mondays in June 2009: 6/8,6/15,6/22,6/29
2. the following Dates in July 2009: Friday July 17th , Friday July 31st.
3. More dates may be announced for August 2009. Ask a Golfland Employee about schedule.
Open to legal residents of California. Employees of the Sponsors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. All applicable state and federal tax laws apply.
Winners will be chosen in random drawings by an official from GEC, Inc. whose decision on winning entry is final and cannot be disputed.
Winner will be notified by mail or email or by phone call. PLEASE PRINT SLOWLY AND CLEARLY. ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES ARE DISQUALIFIED. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Winner may be required to sign affidavits of compliance and eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Winner’s acceptance of these rules by signature is required for valid entry. Winner consents to sponsor's use of their name, likeness or voice for any advertising or promotional purpose without further consent or compensation, except where prohibited. Winner agrees to release sponsor, its employees and agents, from any and all liabilities resulting from entry, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or technical error which may occur in processing, printing, or distribution of the sweepstakes materials. Winner is responsible for all costs relating to the prize. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must execute all required documents.
